I've been learning some sign language in our communications session. It's tricky to get your fingers right and there is a lot to remember.

Oropi hot pools

I had a lovely time at Oropi hot pools! The water was lovely and warm and it was relaxing! 

Shady spot for fun

We went to explore the new playground at Yatton park and discovered it is under the trees in the shade and lovely to sit in on a hot day. We tried out some of the equipment - balancing beams and climbing frames. 

Homemade fish and chips....

I went to the countdown today to buy some fish and potatoes to cook homemade fish and chips at the centre as it was one of my goals. We peeled potatoes and sliced them into chips and crumbed the fresh Hoki and then cooked it all. 

Tea party with the girls group!

We had the cutest little tea party out in the garden today with the girls group. We had blueberry tea with pikelets with jam and cream on top! Yum! 

Volunteer Group

The volunteer group went litter picking in Yatton park. Some naughty people drop rubbish on the ground! We collected a whole bag! 

Mobile library bus

We got the chance to go on the mobile library bus when it came for a visit to the centre the other day. I even got to sit in the drivers seat!
