Good news! Today the IHC art awards results came in and guess what...? My piece that I did with Annette was a winner and was sold! They sent me a letter containing a cheque and a letter telling me about it. Didn't I do well? 

Wilrose ninjas

Yesterday we had a game of basketball against Greerton. We used our old head bands from the cricket match and went down to Greerton Marist netball courts. We had loads of fun playing and came out on top! Woohoo go Wilrose ninjas!!

Op-shopping Greerton

Today we went on a trip into Greerton. At the opshop I found this pretty red dress which I really liked! I enjoyed spending time with my friends and looking in a few shops.  

Lifeskills

In lifeskills this week we talked about doing some volunteer work and how to write a cv. Here's a pic of me listening to Mel and Nicole telling us how to do our very own cvs

Trip to Mossops honey shop

Yesterday for girls group we went to Mossops honey shop. We had such a great time looking at all the bees and reading lots of facts about them. We finished the trip so a tester of their ice cream. Yum yum!

Drama

Yesterday I went and watched the drama production. The drama group did a play called Danny and sandy. They did so well! I had a great time watching it and seeing everyone from the other centres.
