 We got creative in Arts and painted on some body art fake tattoos. I then relaxed in our massage chair.

Sonic Cinema “Cats”

 I had a fun day out with my friends at the Sonic Cinema to watch the movie Cat’s.

Fun and games

 I had fun with my friends playing a few different new games. I liked the bottle top game called Left, Right, Centre the most. I also enjoyed asking everyone some questions from the question tin. 

Hot Lunch

 I enjoyed a yummy Pumpkin Soup with Fried Bread for lunch. I had a nice social day in our Wilrose Garden with my friends. 

Gate Pa Park

 I had an awesome day out with my friends at Gate Pa Park yesterday. It was nice and sunny we played basketball, I loved the swings.

Singing diva!

 I love singing my favourite songs in karaoke with all of my friends, and using different different instruments! 

Wilrose guiness book of records

 In topics and and themes we checked out some of the Guinness book of world records. I tried beating a record by stacking as many toilet rolls as I could in 30 seconds. It was hard but I think I did really good because it’s harder than it looks! How many do you think you could get?

Life Skills and Hot Lunch

I had a fun day with my friends talking bout Summer Lifeskills. We put on our hats and sunblock before going outside in our Wilrose garden and enjoyed a Chop Suey hot lunch.

 

Hair Cut

 I loved getting my hair cut. I sit nice and still and smile in the mirror. I love my fresh new look! 

Girls Group

 This week my friend had a goal to make a Surimi Salad. We mixed the ingredients together and it was delicious! 

The One and a Half Acre Wood

I had a brilliant day in Whakamarama petting zoo patting all different friendly animals.

Food Bank

 I am such a great help. I enjoy volunteering at Food Bank.

Library Bus, Pumpkin Soup and Fried Bread

I had an awesome Friday! We had the Tauranga Library Bus come to Wilrose to visit us. I liked looking around at the different books. We then made name badges and played board games followed by a yummy hot lunch of Pumpkin soup and fried bread. 

Wearable Arts

 I had a fabulous time in Arts making creative outfits out of recycled items for our wearable arts fashion show. I also liked painting nails in Girls Group.

Te Reo

I had a fun day singing a waiata and dancing with my friends to Te Reo music. We danced with poi’s. 

 

BBQ at Yatton Park

 I had a great day at Yatton Park with my friends. We played games, enjoyed the sunshine and had a BBQ lunch. 

Karaoke

 I had so much fun singing karaoke on the microphone. I picked a hat and song of my choice and sung for my friends.
