We celebrated Matariki with an awesome disco and lunch fundraiser. We spent the day before prepping all the Kai, making Friday morning a little easier for our kitchen hands.
I spent the morning dancing away, so much so, come lunch time I was very ready for our Hāngi and boil up, I even had a second plate. Yum!
