Fresh lemonade

 I had a great day in the kitchen with the girls, helping to make some fresh lemonade and  I really enjoyed  squeezing the lemons.  

Sulphur Point

I enjoyed having some chips down Sulphur Point today with my friends. I dipped my chips in tomato sauce for extra flavour, yummy. I had a  Lovely view watching the container ship & barge on the water too.

 

Strawberry smoothie

I am so happy beacause I made a yummy strawberry smoothie with strawberries I planted and grew myself in the Wilrose garden .It was so fresh and delicious  , even I shared it with my friend.

 

Wipuna park

I had a lovely morning with my friends at Wipuna park. My friends & I played basketball & enjoed going for a hikoi in the sunshine.

 

Hey Jude Cafe

 I went to the Cafe with my friends & had a cup of tea and muffin. It was nice spending  time together, I really enjoyed myself.

Halloween craft

I had a great time with my friends , we made some cool  halloween items. I chose to paint a pumpkin and made scary face on it.  It was fun.

 

Memorial park

I had a lovely morning at Memorial Park with my friends. We spent some time by the water fountain & at the park.  It was wonderful.

 

Art expo

I had a great day today , I went to Art Expo to see some amazing painting  and artwork, it was  incredible. In the afternoon I helped to repot some of our vegetables plants. 

 

Drama Show

 I  watched my friends in the drama production called 'Oliver with a twist'. They did so well! I had a great time watching and seeing everyone from the other centres, there were some cool music too.

 

Sewing a sensory blanket

I chose some soft fabric to create a new blanket for the sensory room. I have been carefully cutting and preparing the pieces ready for sewing. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished. 

 

Inoor volleyball

 We had so much fun playing indoor volleyball, served the ball over the net and everyone laughed as we tried to keep it in the air

 I planted my stroberries today,I have plan to water it every week ,I can't wait until they grow  so I can make a yumy strawberry smoothie

Ploaster mold

This week I painted my hand plaster mold bright red and put a sealer on it. I was happy to take it home, it will be perfect for holding my hair ties!

DJ Spin Disco

 I had so much fun dancing with my friends at the  DJ Spin Disco . We also  had a yummy hot lunch of mince and fried bread.  A great day had by all.

 

Hand plaster mold

  This week I mixed up some water and plaster powder and poured it into my hand mold. I'm letting it set over a few days. I'm looking forward to painting it & taking it home to use to hold my hair ties. 

Relaxation time

 I love spending time in the sensory room. It's my peaceful place, where I can enjoy my own space and relax  while listening to calming music on a comfy beanbag.

Research for my Book Bag

Today I used the ipad to reserach book bag designs. I chose a simple one that I liked the look of. I am excited to start making it soon.

 

Pamper morning

Feeling fabulous after a pamper morning, makeup done, hands treated to lovely massage, and my hair styled just the way i like it..

 

Wii games

 I liked playing ten pin bowling wii games with my frined Gayleen. I also enjoyed relaxing in the bean bags while watching around world scenery pictures in the sensory room. 

Pilot Bay Boat Spotting

I had a lovely moring out at Pilot bay. I watched the boats come and go, it made me feel  happy and relaxed while being by the water. 

 

Repotting cabbage seedlings

 Today I re potted  some Chinese Cabbgees plants into a bigger pot so they have more space. Gardning makes me happy and makes me proud of what I can do with my hands .

Creative art

This week I got into my creative art. I made ,this is my fluffy sheep with soft wool & also helped to start a cool mossaic mirror set. 

 

Memory Game

I had fun time with my friend with playing memory game. We sat together, taking turns finding the matching pair. It made me happy .
